Question: What is the one quality that I need to become successful in hypnotizing other people?

Answer:
The one quality you need above all else in order to be successful in hypnotizing other people is confidence.When people come for help they want to be assured they will be listened to and respected. They also want to feel confident that you can help them achieve total success.
In order to achieve that total success, you need to be confident. Always remember that you are the boss in this process. People come to hypnotists generally after they have rejected all other types of therapy. They have lost a great deal of their own self-confidence along the way. When you can act and project in a way that eliminates their doubts, your clients feel relaxed and ready to experience the true magic of the mind…hypnosis.
How do you get confidence when you are just starting out?
When you first start out in your hypnotherapy practice you may have no confidence whatsoever. Sure you may be able to talk about other hypnotist’s successes or your instructor’s success, however you may not have a bank of personal experiences hypnotizing others.
This is when you need to trust your abilities and the abilities of your clients to “heal themselves.”
As a hypnotist the real power never comes from you. The power to heal and change lives comes from your clients and their abilities to view life differently as a result of communicating with you during your sessions.
When I train Hypnotists in my one-on-one Workshops, I make sure I spend a considerable time on building up my student’s self-confidence. Hypnosis is almost all confidence and a little bit of technique.

I personally have a lot of experience doing confidence hypnosis app kind of suggestive work in the context of performance workshops and so my standards are pretty high. I've been exploring many hypnosis/affirmation apps, and I have to say that Darren's work is head and shoulders above the rest ... I would absolutely recommend getting as many of Darren's apps as are relevant to you. Trust me you'll save thousands on psychotherapy. You can make tremendous progress with these tools.
