Self-defeating talk ***I only give my body and mind positive suggestions**
Stress management ***I deserve my deep relaxation***
Creativity ***My creative mind is stimulated and working***
Emotional balance ***I am in complete control of my emotions***
Success motivation ***Success describes my life***
Failure***Failure is not an option***
Meeting people ***I trust my feelings when meeting people***

You may want to copy down your prescription and write it down in several places...ie Daytimer, or on a poster board, in your bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, etc. Keep a copy in your car and recite your prevailing thought while you are driving.
You will find that you will automatically start moving in the direction of your goals very effortlessly. This is truly the path of least resistance.
